KERRY DOYLE
Managing Director
Kerry co-heads real estate and development, and oversees day-to-day operations for Tradepoint. In 2014, he was part of the Redwood Capital investment team that acquired the 3,300 acre Bethlehem Steel facility. Since joining the Tradepoint executive team in 2015, he has been involved in over 8 million square feet of industrial development. Prior to Tradepoint, Kerry worked in private equity where he lead investments in a variety of real estate asset classes and operating businesses.
MARC SALOTTI
Managing Director
Marc co-heads real estate and development, and oversees day-to-day operations for Tradepoint. With over 15 years of diversified real estate and financial analysis experience, Marc joined TPA in 2017 as CFO and transitioned to Managing Director in 2020. Prior to Tradepoint, Marc worked in multifamily real estate development, apartment finance, and held various financial and operational consulting roles.
AARON TOMARCHIO
Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs
As a senior executive in public administration, government relations, communications, public affairs and community relations, Aaron directs Tradepoint Atlantic’s corporate affairs and external relations to include government and regulatory affairs, public and community relations, and corporate marketing activities. Prior to Tradepoint Atlantic, Aaron was a Director of Corporate Affairs for Erickson Living, an affiliated company to Tradepoint Atlantic through Redwood Capital Investments. He also served in executive roles in state and local government and as a senior advisor to numerous state and local elected officials.
DAVE FRANCHAK
Chief Financial Officer
Dave oversees our accounting, HR and administrative support teams. He is responsible for all financing activities, along with financial reporting, tax and accounting. Dave joined Tradepoint in 2020 and has over 30 years of accounting and financial experience. Prior to Tradepoint, Dave was CFO of a national medical personnel company, a commercial and residential distressed debt fund and a national propane retailer.

PETER HAID
Vice President – Environmental
Pete works with the Tradepoint Development Team, Marine and Rail Operations, and Site Operations in support of site development, marine port revitalization and dredging, ongoing site operations, and site remediation. Pete works closely with the state and federal agencies overseeing permit acquisition, site remediation, and the preparation of the property for development. Pete manages general environmental compliance for the site and supports business development opportunities. Prior to joining Tradepoint Atlantic, Pete was the Environmental Director overseeing compliance activities and operations for refineries, terminals, retail stations, power plants, and fuels handling operations for Hess Corporation, a Fortune 500 global independent energy company.
LAURA LUTKEFEDDER
Vice President Legal Affairs
Laura oversees all legal functions for the company including leases and land disposition, construction agreements, and business transactions. Prior to joining Tradepoint Atlantic, Laura was Associate General Counsel for The Cordish Companies, a national real estate development company headquartered in Baltimore.
MIKE VOGLER
Senior Vice President of Site Operations
Mike is responsible for the power and utility distribution at the facility, interfacing with BGE on all gas and electric projects. He oversees Material Management and Security as well as building maintenance, water distribution, storm and sanitary sewers, operation of the water treatment facility, outfall compliance monitoring, and related agency reports. Managing a utility maintenance and water treatment crew, Mike ensures that Tradepoint Atlantic and active tenants are provided with utilities as the site is redeveloped. He coordinates with Baltimore Gas Electric, and Baltimore City on utility provisions to the site. Mike has over 46 years of experience at Sparrows Point being the Division Manager for the Power and Utility Department and held various management positions in Steelmaking and Environmental Departments at the former steel mill.
